Canada Leathers stands behind these products with a warranty covering defects of manufacturing and materials for one year from the date of purchase. If your leather goods have a defect please feel free to contact us via email, phone or send the item to us to the address below.
Repair:
We will repair your item for free if it is under the one-year warranty. This excludes shipping charges.
NOTE:
We do not take responsibility if the item has been damaged from accidents, misuse, or from any other service/alteration made by any other party than Canada Leathers Ltd.
REPAIR FEE:
If there is no warranty, we can still repair your item. The minimum repair fee is $65 plus applicable taxes. (Examples of coverage within this repair fee: not functional zipper, broken handle or replacement of a handle, re-stiching of small seams), but it does not include return shipping costs.
Complex repairs such as new lining, rebuilding a bag and such would need to be assessed by our team first before we can give you a quote for the repair costs.
Once the parcel has reached our department, we will email you a link that allows you to pay the repair fee as well as return shipping. Please allow 3-5 weeks for repairs. We do not accept repair items during our high season November and December.

Monogramming Return Policy:
Monogrammed/personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, and all sales are final.
Monogramming is done with a laser engraving machine making each item special and unique. We take time to ensure each item that has custom monogramming meets our quality standards.
