We reserve the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this web site or its content or the goods and services offered. Further, unless otherwise stated, any new features, including new content and/or the sale of new goods, shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. Orders will be shipped upon confirmation of payment. When items are out-of-stock we will contact you immediately to confirm the earliest shipping date.
Warranty

Return Policy and Restocking Fees
Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority.
A restocking fee is a percentage of the price of an item and it is charged to a customer depending on the condition in which the item has been returned.

NO fees apply. You may return any defective merchandise free of charge excluding shipping charges within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be in the condition you received them, including the tags attached and in the original packaging.
Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Shipping Charges
Shipments are sent prepaid. Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the item and added to the order at the time of purchase. In case more than one of the same item is ordered there might additional shipping charges apply.
Long distance shipments, or those containing large or heavy items, may incur extra freight charges. In such cases, customers will be notified prior to shipping and they will be asked to pay the additional charges.
Shipping
By default all items will be shipped by Canada Post as regular letter/parcel without a tracking number for small packs such as wallets.
If you prefer to use a different shipping/courier company please fill out our online orderform with your instructions as to which shipping company you would like to use. If you have an existing account with a specific company please indicate on our orderform. If you prefer shipping with a tracking number, please do not use the online payment option because different shipping costs will apply.
In case of multiple items purchased in one transaction, shipping charges may, in most cases, but not always be reduced depending on the shipping rates received from the preferred shipping company.
In those cases please do not use the online payment option.
Holiday Shipping Information
We recommend that you place your order at least 10 business days before any major holiday with standard delivery. We can only guarantee delivery of orders where all items are in stock.
Delivery
Standard orders require 5 - 7 business days to process if stock is available at our location. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on statutory holidays or weekends. In the event of a delay, customers will be contacted by email or phone. Deliveries are the responsibility of the shipping company chosen.
In the event that goods ordered have not been received within 14 working days, please contact us.
Prices
Prices posted on www.canadaleathers.com are subject to change without further notice. The amounts shown are in Canadian funds (CAD).
Payment
At Canada Leathers we currently accept the following payment methods:
- MasterCard
- Visa
- DebitCard
- PayPal
In the case that a purchase has been made but the product is unavailable in a timely manner, the full purchase price shall be refunded to the customer.
Refunds
For refunds we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Restocking Fees may apply!
For purchases through PayPal, if:
- PayPal balance or bank account was used, the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account
- Credit card was used, the refund will immediately be sent to the credit card compnay for processing. Generally, this can take 1 - 7 days depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Sales Taxes
Applicable taxes will be calculated and added to the order.
When shipping outside of Canada no taxes apply.
Customs
For out of Canada shipments customers might have to pay a duty fee. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the applicable fee.
