E-Store Terms & Conditions – Warranty, Returns & Refunds

Warranty
Canada Leathers guarantees all merchandise against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. A valid proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

Return Policy & Restocking Fees
Your satisfaction is important to us. Should you wish to return an item, restocking fees may apply depending on the reason for return and the condition of the merchandise.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

A restocking fee is calculated as a percentage of the item’s purchase price and is assessed based on the circumstances outlined below:

Incorrect item shipped by Canada Leathers No fee. Canada Leathers covers return shipping
Customer no longer requires item (e.g., ordered by mistake, no longer needed, found alternative) Up to 10% of purchase price
Return requested more than 30 days after shipment date* Up to 20% of purchase price
Exchange for a different item (customer ordered incorrect item) No restocking fee; customer responsible for shipping
Item has been opened and/or used Up to 40% of the purchase price, at the discretion of Canada Leathers based on condition
Item received defective No restocking fee. Canada Leathers covers return shipping

 

*Exceptions may apply for customers located outside of North America.

Shipping Responsibility
If the return is not due to an error by Canada Leathers, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

All returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and tags. Returns must be securely packaged and shipped using a prepaid, insured carrier. Canada Leathers does not accept C.O.D. shipments.

Please note that we are only able to process returns for merchandise purchased directly through www.canadaleathers.ca.

Custom & Personalized Items
Custom-made or personalized items, including products with name drops or engraving, are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Order Fulfillment
In the event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase and cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Applicable restocking fees will be deducted where relevant.

Acceptance of Terms
The placement of an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the purchaser.
